At BAMREF we aim to give a voice and support to all officials from Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage communities who have experienced racism, discrimination and exclusion to ensure we engage with the relevant footballing authorities and hold all relevant parties accountable.
To be proactive and progressive in the pursuit of equality, inclusion and fairness, while creating a culture of building positive relationships, unifying us all through the love of sport, and to create the most inclusive network for Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage officials in the sporting world.
